This policy explains how TruckManualsHub handles information when you browse truckmanualshub.com, open documents or contact us. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
Information you send us
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond, investigate reported issues and manage related correspondence. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Hosting and document delivery
Cloudflare provides website hosting, security and document delivery through Cloudflare Pages and R2. Requests may involve technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, browser details and the time of access. This information supports delivery, reliability and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Analytics and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, including page visits, interactions, browser and device information and approximate location. Analytics cookies, such as _ga, can distinguish visits when analytics storage is permitted.
Our Google tags start with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization set to denied. Google's consent controls can update these settings based on your choices. While storage consent is denied, Google tags may send cookieless signals for measurement; this does not mean that all network requests to Google are blocked.
Where a Google privacy message is available, you can use its controls to accept, reject or manage the purposes shown. The Cookie settings button in the footer becomes available when Google's privacy controls load. You can also manage stored cookies using your browser settings. Blocking optional cookies does not prevent access to our manuals.
Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to serve advertising. Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses, browser and device information, ad interactions and cookie identifiers, subject to the applicable consent choices and settings. Depending on those choices and the service configuration, ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited. Actual ad availability and placement are controlled by Google and our AdSense settings.
Read Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also review preferences in Google My Ad Center.
Search and external links
The on-site search uses a search index in your browser. Pages may link to external websites, which have their own privacy practices. Following those links is your choice. Publicly visible historical content should not be used to share sensitive personal information.
Retention and service providers
We keep correspondence as needed to handle the enquiry, follow up on issues and meet applicable obligations. Our hosting, email and analytics providers may process information in countries other than your own under their respective terms and safeguards. We do not sell information you send us by email.
Your choices and requests
You can reject optional analytics, remove cookies and local storage through your browser, or contact us about personal information contained in correspondence or published content. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. We may need information to verify and handle your request.
Policy updates
We may revise this policy when website features or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
