XGMA develops side-loading forklifts to carry non-standard loads such as pipes, fittings, poles, channel bars, boards, and logs around the areas of manufacturing organizations.
These forklifts vary from conventional forklifts in that their prongs are positioned perpendicular to the machine’s motion. As a result, the side-loading loader can operate easily in small aisles. The pole extends beyond the platform to facilitate the easy loading of commodities into any vehicle.
To ensure the stability of the cargo, the design of this machine assumes the ability to adjust the pitchfork’s angle of inclination by 3 degrees up and down, and once the cargo has been loaded onto the platform, the ability to adapt the cargo platform’s angle of inclination relative to the horizon by 5 degrees up and down. This kind of loader may function as a short-haul vehicle as well as a forklift.
The loading platform’s right front and back corners are specially beveled, allowing you to minimize the machine’s minimum turning radius and boost agility. In addition, the machine operates quickly and safely because of the hydraulic power steering and brake booster.
The XGMA side-loading forklift series consists of two models, the XG530S-DT2 and the XG650S-DT2, with lifting capacities of 3000 and 6000 kg, respectively. The machines can travel at a top speed of 21 km/h, and the forks’ maximum lifting speed is 270 mm/s.
