Parameter:

SAE J1939 data feed

Fault:

FMI 9   The control unit does not receive messages over the SAE J1939 data channel from other control units. Damaged or oxidized pins in connectors, broken data channel wires.

FMI 12   Communication over data channel SAE J1939 is missing. Damaged or oxidized pins in connectors, broken data channel wires.

MID 141 SID 240

Fault:

FMI 12   Software malfunction or memory failure.

MID 141 SID 250

Parameter:

SAE J1708 / J1587 data feed

Fault:

FMI 9   Dynafleet gateway within a certain time does not receive messages on the data channel SAE J1708 / J1587. Damaged or oxidized pins in connectors, broken data channel wires.

FMI 12   Communication over data channel SAE J1708 / J1587 is missing. Damaged or oxidized pins in connectors, broken data channel wires.

MID 141 SID 253

Fault:

FMI 2   The programming of the block is incorrect or the memory chip is faulty in the control unit. Reprogram the Dynafleet control unit. In extreme cases, replace the control unit.

FMI 11   The processor in the Dynafleet control unit is faulty . Replace Dynafleet Gateway Control Module .

MID 141 PSID 1

Fault:

FMI 12   Fault in the integrated GSM module. Faulty or improperly installed SIM card. If the SIM card is installed correctly , replace the Dynafleet control unit .

FMI 14   GSM antenna is not connected. Breakage or partial damage to the wiring between the antenna and the Dynafleet control unit . The antenna may be faulty. If the wiring and antenna are normal, replace the Dynafleet control unit .

MID 141 PSID 2

Tachograph

Fault:

FMI 2   Incorrect information from tachograph unit. Communication with the tachograph is broken. Check the wiring connection to the tachograph.

MID 141 PSID 3

Parameter:

GPS receiver

Fault:

FMI 12   Internal fault in the integrated GPS receiver. Replace Dynafleet control unit .

FMI 14   GPS antenna is not connected. Breakage or partial damage to the wiring between the antenna and the Dynafleet control unit . The antenna may be faulty. If the wiring and antenna are normal, replace the Dynafleet control unit .

FMI 12   Datamax module is faulty or missing. Check the trouble codes in car control unit MID144.

FMI 12   No connection between Dynafleet and Dynafleet Driver Tool . Faulty or missing Dynafleet Driver Tool . Faulty wiring between Dynafleet and Dynafleet Driver Tool .
