MID 219 SID 1

Parameter:

ACC Radar

Fault:

FMI 13   Radar misdirected. The radar is installed with offset or damaged radar mount.

MID 219 SID 2

Parameter:

ACC Radar

Fault:

FMI 3   The ACC control unit receives a message that a voltage higher than 12 V is applied to the radar. The radar supply wire is shorted to a circuit with a higher voltage or the exchange stability sensor A75 is faulty.

FMI 4   The ACC control unit receives a message that the radar is under voltage below 12 V. An interruption in the power cord, a short in the power cord to ground or a course stability sensor A75 is faulty.

FMI 12   The ACC control unit receives a message that one of the radar components is faulty. Internal radar malfunction.

MID 219 SID 231

SAE J1939 data feed

Fault:

FMI 2   ACC control unit does not receive messages over SAE J1939 data channel. Damaged or oxidized pins in connectors or broken data channel wires.

FMI 12   The radar does not respond to requests from the control unit ACC on the internal data channel. Faulty data channel.

FMI 0   The ACC control unit received a message that the radar temperature is above normal. Internal radar malfunction.

FMI 1   The control unit ACC received a message that the temperature of the radar is below normal. The internal radar heater does not work. Replace radar unit.

Fault:

FMI 2   The control unit of the ACC received a message about the incorrect calibration of the radar. The radar is displaced from its place or not calibrated.

Fault:

FMI 3   The voltage on the PB8 contact of the ACC unit from the sensor is higher than 4.5 V. The wiring between the ACC unit and the sensor is faulty or the sensor is faulty.

FMI 4   The voltage on the PB8 contact of the ACC unit from the sensor is below 0.5 V. The wiring between the ACC unit and the sensor is faulty or the sensor is faulty.

FMI 3   The voltage on the PB9 terminal of the ACC unit from the sensor is higher than 2.6 V. The voltage converter is faulty.
