Arbos Tractor Manuals PDF

The Italian manufacturer ARBOS is owned by the Chinese firm Tianjin Lovol Heavy Industries Co. Ltd., and it operates out of the province of Modena.

Arbos is an abbreviation for the names of two Italian bicycle manufacturers, Araldi and Boselli of Piacenza. Bubba S.A., a spinoff of SAFI of Piacenza, which had acquired Bubba agricultural tractor maker Pietro Bubba & C. in 1930, purchased the firm in 1952.

After rebranding as Arbos-Bubba in 1954, the business released a wheeled tractor powered by a 35 hp Perkins P4TA diesel engine the following year and a crawler with a choice of two engines: a Perkins P4TA or a 32 hp Deutz F2L514. As of December 31, 1955, there were only 33 specimens of the wheeled type and 9 of the tracked version. Formerly known as Arbos and Arbos alone, the brand shortened its name in 1956. First, the Skylark 650, powered by a Fiat diesel engine, and the 100 C combine harvesters are manufactured. Next up are the 1000 Super and 750 Super.

Arbos-Bubba was renamed Arbos Spa in the year 1960. It was in the new facility in San Lazzaro di Piacenza that Arbos first started making its combine harvesters. The 1000 Major 87 HP came out in olive green three years later.

In 1964, American White purchased Arbos Spa. The 1220 combine harvester was manufactured beginning in the subsequent year. After a few years, the company released a slew of new models, including the 120 Pantera, 165 Tigre, 100 Lince, and 125 Giaguaro, to go along with 1220, 780, and Record already available at the time. The self-leveling, four-sided, longitudinal, and transverse Pantera 7 Colli was introduced in 1971.

Arbos Spa was acquired by White in 1972. The 100 AL, which can maintain its own height, was introduced the following year. Having closed its doors for good on November 30, 1975, White Arbos Spa went into insolvency on December 31, 1975.

After purchasing Arbos Spa in 1976, the Magni brothers rebranded it as Nuova Arbos. Two new self-leveling machines, the 565 A-4-L and the 705 A-4-L, as well as two leveling machines in the 140-160 range, are introduced with the 565 AL self-leveler.

In October of 1983, Nuova Arbos was acquired by new owners and renamed Arbos Spa; the company has since manufactured combine harvesters in the 100, 125, 140, 160, 565, and 705 series for use in harvesting wheat, rice, and maize.

The single- and double-row beet harvesters made by the Italo-Swiss firm Zola Predosa were bought by Arbos SPA in 1985. Within a year, two additional self-levelers, the 400 AL and the 200 AL were introduced. Finally, the 800 and 1000 were introduced, breathing fresh life into the upper range. There is a single example of the 600 that was planned and constructed.

Arbos officially shut down in 1994, four years before it would have been 100.

Located in Calderara di Reno, Italy, the R&D hub serves as the European headquarters for the Lovol Heavy Industries Co. Ltd group, a Chinese producer of agricultural tractors, agricultural machinery, and earthmoving machines. This location is now the headquarters of Lovol Arbos Group Spa, which was formed after the acquisition of the Bubba and Arbos brands. Lovol Arbos Group Spa designs three tractor platforms with horsepower ratings ranging from 100 to 270, drawing on the recovered industrial expertise of Arbos combine harvesters.

In January 2015, Lovol ARBOS Group incorporated MaterMacc S.p.A., a Pordenone, Italy, firm that specializes in the manufacturing of agricultural equipment, and in December of the same year, Goldoni S.p.A., a company situated in Emilia, Italy, that produces orchard tractors. The Migliarina di Carpi facility was renovated and expanded by 55,000 square meters in 2016 as part of a new employment plan and massive industrial modernization.

During this year’s Agritechnica, all green-branded tractors and machinery will make their debut. Because of this, the ARBOS brand is prepared to compete as a prominent player in the European market, offering a suite of goods that may aid in every stage of the agronomic process, from planting to harvesting. This year, experts are honing their craft on a wide variety of high-powered tractors and creating innovative tools for precision seeding. As such, significant advances are anticipated in anticipation of the EIMA 2018 international exposition.
