Cletrac Tractor Manuals PDF
Cletrac is a tractor manufacturer founded in 1917 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. They specialized in the manufacture of crawler tractors and used their crawler technology to create tractors that could traverse almost any terrain.
The most famous Cletrac tractor models were the F, HG, and M2 models. Model F tractors were produced between 1920 and 1935 and used for agriculture, heavy construction, and mining work. Tractors of the HG model were made in 1939-1945 and were used as heavy transport on the fronts of World War II. The M2 was produced in the 1940s and used in civil engineering and trucking.
Cletrac also built military tractors for the US Army, including the M-2, M-4, M-5, and M-6. These tractors were used to transport cargo and building materials to the battlefield.
Cletrac was acquired by Oliver Corporation in 1944 and then merged into White Motor Corporation in the 1960s. Cletrac tractor production eventually ended in 1962. However, many of their tractors still exist in working condition and are collector’s items for fans of vintage technology.
In addition to the F, HG, and M2 models mentioned above, Cletrac had several other tractor models.
One of them is Model E. This tractor was released in 1925 and was the company’s first tractor with a gasoline engine. It had a weight of about 3 tons and a power of 22 horsepower.
Another model was the G. This tractor was produced in 1928 and had a 32-horsepower engine. It also had a tracked chassis and was used in agriculture and construction.
Another Cletrac tractor is the DD model. This tractor was produced in the 1930s and had a 42-horsepower engine. It was used for agriculture and construction.
In addition, Cletrac produced Model B, which was introduced in 1919. This tractor weighed about 1.5 tons and was used for agriculture and small tasks.
It is also worth noting that Cletrac produced tractors under various brands, including Oliver, Cockshutt, and Avery. In addition, each of these brands produced its own tractor models based on Cletrac crawler technology.
