Flexi Forklift Manuals PDF
The Flexi series of articulated forklifts was created primarily to boost the effectiveness of customer order pickup and warehousing operations in manufacturing and logistics.
Flexi improves warehouse efficiency by eliminating the slow lanes needed for counterbalance or point forklifts. Depending on the structure, this device may reduce duplicate handling processes and improve the useable warehouse area by 25 to 50%. This dramatically lowers storage expenses and increases the effectiveness of client warehouses.
Flexi ECO AC
The chassis is the only component built entirely of new materials, distinguishing the ECO AC forklifts from other models. Each has undergone testing and been repainted to the new, high standards set by the Flexi manufacturer in the UK.
Heavy steel and cast iron components are very ecologically beneficial since they are created from recycled resources. Also, the price of one such system has dropped considerably. Flexi ECO AC units cost 30% less than ones constructed of entirely new materials while offering the same warranties.
Flexi Narrow Aisle and authorized distributors sell Flexi ECO AC forklifts.
Any outdated Flexi machines chosen for recycling are disassembled entirely. All original components are separated for recycling or sale on the world aftermarket.
All cast iron and steel components are graded and verified to guarantee their dependability and complete recyclability. In addition, they are painted and cleaned before they go through the manufacturing line.
All examined components go into forklift assembly with modern engines, hydraulic systems, and even the most recent Zapi AC motor technology.
