Despite the fact that LGMG lifts are manufactured in China, many of the components and assemblies installed on them are of American origin. So, the batteries are manufactured by Trojan, and the charger is Delta-Q, the drive and brake motor is White, the hydraulic distributor is Hydra Forse, the high-pressure hoses and a number of other components are Parker.
Another important distinguishing feature of LGMG lifts is the reinforced chassis and platform. The scissors of the lift are wider than other similar machines, thanks to which the platform does not sway at a height. The sides of the lift have additional ribs made in the form of a triangle, which makes the structure more durable.
In the basic version, LGMG brand lifts include such standard features as a tilt sensor, a wheel brake disengagement function (when towing), a four-wheel drive, an emergency stop, and platform lowering device, and the possibility of proportional platform lifting and control. Additionally, the basic version of the AS series lifts includes a folding railing for easy transportation, a removable control panel, and an extension built into the platform. All electrical components are hidden in a separate retractable tray for quick maintenance. The charger has an automatic shutdown.
Next, we will look at the four most popular LGMG models. All lifts are equipped with environmentally friendly engines with a power of 3.3 kW (voltage – 24 V). With the platform raised, the vehicles move at a speed of 0.8 km/h; in the transport state, the speed varies from 3.1 km/h to 4 km/h. It is also worth noting that all models have the same stability (25%) and maximum tilt angle (3 degrees). Warranty service is carried out for 12 months.

The maximum load capacity of the LGMG AS0607 is 230 kg, while the platform can accommodate two people. Total weight – 1,560 kg, length – 1.83 m, width – 0.76 m. The platform rises to the maximum height in 16 seconds and falls in 29 seconds. As a result, this machine has the highest folded travel speed of any of the lifts under consideration (4 km/h).

The load capacity of this machine is 230 kg, and the retractable platform is capable of holding 113 kg. The model weighs 2,180 kg, reaches a length of 2.47 m, and a width of 0.83 m. Raising and lowering occur in 31 and 40 seconds, respectively.

Like the next one, this model has a higher carrying capacity (320 kg), while the allowable number of people on the platform is the same – two people. The total weight of the lift is 3 tons, length – 2.74 m, width – 1.18 m.

LGMG AS1212 has the highest operating height (14 m) and weight (3,300 kg). The platform rises in 65 seconds and lowers in 90 seconds. The height of the model in transport condition (handrails folded) is 1.96 m.
