Combilift Manuals PDF

Combilift is the top producer of side loaders and machinery for handling unusually long, enormous, and heavy loads.

Combilift can modify any piece of machinery to suit each client’s specific requirements. Engineers give every request serious consideration, taking into account the dimensions of the warehouse, the aisle’s breadth, the volume and nature of the goods, the surrounding environment, the temperature, and even the operator’s physical attributes. Because of this, every Combilift unit is different.

Robert Moffett and Martin McVicar formed Combilift Ltd. in 1998 in Monaghan, Ireland. The first multi-way loader, an engineering innovation that now dominates the market for tools for handling lengthy loads, was created the same year. It was given the name “Combilift” because this novel form of loader could effectively replace the conventional trio of equipment—a standard forklift, a side loader, and a reach truck.

Combilift C-series

The C4000 is the first model in the Combilift line and the C-series. In 1998, the loader for this particular type was the first to leave the factory. The company’s engineers have been slavishly working to enhance the series since the introduction of the first loader, experimentally determining the optimum options.

This series’ third generation of loaders is currently being manufactured. With options for electric, diesel, or LPG powertrains, the range comprises loaders ranging in weight from 2.5 to 25 tonnes.

We can address our clients’ most complicated and remarkable technological issues thanks to a well-thought-out manufacturing system, various unique Combilift engineering solutions, and cutting-edge technology. You can fulfill even the most exacting requirements thanks to the variety of solutions available.

Combilift Combi-CB

The Combi-CB is better suited for any business that uses unusual, enormous, or lengthy cargo since it is more compact than a regular forklift and can travel in all four directions.

Customers who already employ reach trucks, counterbalance trucks, and side loaders in various applications benefit from the cutting-edge Comb-CB system. You may reduce the cost of equipment maintenance, create a single spare parts warehouse, and utilize the loader in all activities by using a universal loader to replace the entire diversified fleet of vehicles with a single model with a consistent specification.

Combilift Combi-MR

A four-way reach truck with a standing position is called the Combi-MR. Even under the most challenging operating situations, it offers the operator improved agility and safety. When a multi-way small aisle reach truck is required, this is a fantastic option.

One big-diameter solid cast rear wheel that rotates 360 degrees is one of its small loader’s features. It makes it possible for the Combi-MR to move about on various surfaces. In addition, the Combi-MR has a cab that gives the operator quick access to controls and presents, not just advertised excellent ergonomics.

The multipurpose joystick can manage every aspect of workplace activity. It gives the operator complete control over the loader’s hydraulic operations and the ability to adjust travel direction and speed quickly. This boosts the efficiency of standard freight handling tasks in a warehouse or industrial setting.

Combilift Combi-SL

The designers of Combilift designed the SL family of loaders with a complete hydrostatic drive while keeping in mind the traditional design of side loaders (side-loaders). As a result, companies with prior expertise with side loaders are the series’ intended audience.

The client also gains a variety of extra benefits by selecting this series:

  • with the usual warehousing scheme, the loader has more compact dimensions;
  • The 3-support structure allows for minimizing storage space, increasing their payload;
  • reduction of operating costs;
  • no need to retrain staff
  • the location of the cabin and controls remained according to the canons of side-loaders;

Combilift Combi-ST

The result of extensive study on narrow aisle technology, which has gained popularity in recent years, is the Combilift GT and ST series. It was challenging for the company’s engineers to maintain all previous successes in this field, implement cutting-edge technology, and make this kind of equipment accessible to clients.

All of the tasks were completed effectively by the engineers. As a result, we have two extremely specialized series that address various issues. Carrying capacity of up to 4.5 tonnes, stacking height of up to 8 meters, and a choice of electric, diesel, or gas-powered power units. Additionally, the cost is considerably less than the standard narrow-aisle stackers.

Combilift 6000 FWSL

The FWSL (Four Wheel Side Loader) series embodies the iconic side loader.

The 4-support design, operator positioning to the side of the load and facing the direction of movement, rear axle drive, and large platform set this series apart from all Combilift loaders. This series is intended for usage outside.

Combilift Combi-RT

The Combi-RT was created with poultry farms in mind, considering all of the sector’s unique aspects. The company’s engineers paired high cross-country capability with the smallest loader possible. All-wheel drive, big-diameter wheels, a 3-wheel design, and a low operator position make this feasible. Additionally, a mast with a unique design was utilized, one that could swing freely and fold down to a small size. As a result, the machine offers highly intensive work operations with weights like bird cages in very confined spaces.
