Hangcha Forklift Manuals PDF
Located in Zhejiang Province, Hangcha Group Company Ltd. is the undisputed Chinese lifting equipment manufacturing industry leader. After only two years of producing handling equipment, the firm was acknowledged as a world leader in 2008, earning 12th place on the planet. In addition, the firm ranks well on the list of the 500 biggest companies in China.
Hangcha has become the world leader in the export of forklifts, trolleys, and lifting equipment because of its cutting-edge facilities and highly trained workforce. The enterprise marketing system includes 60 branches, over 150 local distributors, and 80 international agents, and the company’s technical support departments are among the best in the industry. As a result, Hangcha promises that its products will always be of the highest quality and function as intended.
Hangcha Group Company Ltd. has greater objectives, though, to become the world’s finest producer for its particular market niche. Therefore, to raise the product’s profile and customer base on a global scale, the firm is always working to hone its manufacturing techniques, brand management strategies, and personnel training and development.
With approval from the party committee, 18 separate businesses united into what is now known as Hangzhou Mechanical Repair Factory in 1956. The first centrifugal pumps were developed after two years, allowing the business to upgrade its operations to full industrial size.
The Hangzhou Mechanical Repair Factory shifted its concentration to manufacturing machinery and tools for the mining and metals industries in 1959, when it changed its name to Universal Machine Manufacturing.
From 1966 through 1974, the firm actively manufactured replacement components for C-I C6-II CW6140 machinery. In 1974, the firm introduced the first version of the CZ3 loader, which utilized the counterweight system.
The Mining Equipment Safety Inspection Department sanctioned the development of the CPC3 loader in 1978, during the height of CZ3’s mass manufacturing.
In the same year, the business was recognized as a forklift producer, and a month later, it was renamed again, this time to Hangzhou Forklift Factory. Finally, the company’s work was green-lit by the production control body, marking the beginning of production using the CPC3 loader.
The Hangzhou Forklift Institute was founded in 1983 and was the company’s first foray into the scientific community.
Five years later, the firm celebrated the completion of its one millionth “Zhongshan” loader, destined for Antarctic research stations.
The company’s forklift won silver at a China-wide product competition in 1991.
In 1995, we were awarded the ISO 9000 international quality standard. Registration for what is now known as Hangzhou Forklift Company Ltd. occurred in 2000, and the company was reorganized to include a wider range of business activities in the same year. The company’s success and ability to respond to changing market conditions may be attributed to its well-developed management structure and talented staff.
Standardization of the management structure was implemented three years later, after the enterprise reform.
After a third restructuring in 2005, the company expanded to include forty subsidiary businesses using cutting-edge software and therefore gained the ability to track even the smallest of market shifts.
The current name, Hangcha Group Company Ltd., was adopted in 2011. Production and sales growth, investment expansion, and the modernization of management and consultancy structures all look promising for the organization.
