Since 2001, New Holland has collaborated with the Japanese firm Kobelco to develop its crawler excavators.
Crawler excavators come in various sizes and weight classes, with compact line medium crawler excavators and heavy line standard excavators making up the bulk of the range.
Machine operational weights range from 8 to 82 tons. Extensive digging can be done up to 4100-10550 mm depth. The volume range of the bucket is 0.23 to 0.5 cubic meters.
The vehicles have diesel engines with intercooler Isuzu, Hino, or NEF transmissions. Diesel output varies from 41 kW to 34 kW amongst different variants. The machines are also characterized by an ESS system that regulates the rotational speed and the whole power management apparatus.
There is no time limit on how long the afterburner can be on, and all of the machines have long, powerful ways of forcing the power of the hydraulic system. In addition, New Holland crawler excavators use conventional attachments.
Its sturdy machinery distinguishes the Model E485. Additional hydraulics, tracks with 600 mm shoes, a heater, and air conditioning are standard on the E215B and E215JLC models.
Additional hydraulics, 600 mm shoe tracks, climate control, air conditioning, and a lengthy undercarriage are just a few of the features unique to the E265BJLC and E305LC models.
Crawler excavators like the E115SR, 135SRL, and 135SRLC have a tiny turning circle at the rear, allowing them to fit into tight areas.
All of the products in this line have been upgraded to have more digging power for use in the most demanding of situations. As a result, it is feasible to reserve power for the boom winch and other functions even at the maximum discharge pressure level.
Our management system is fully electronic and includes a validation of each command. This allows the hydraulic pump to react instantly to the operator’s movement of the control lever. As a result, the machines can maintain a consistent speed, a stable position, and precise control.
The automatic idle stop feature in the machinery ensures that the engine will not be running when necessary.
Crawler excavators made by New Holland have a wide range of applications in the building and civil engineering industries, as well as in demolition, rock removal, material handling, and earthmoving.
