Schäffer Loader Manuals PDF
German company Schäffer Maschinenfabrik GmbH produces front and telescopic loaders. The company’s main office is in Erwitte, Germany.
Heinrich Schaeffer established the Schäffer Maschinenfabrik business in 1956. The business did not attempt mass production since it was centered on the agricultural consumer. However, in 1970, the business unveiled the first front loader. Moreover, agriculture was a target use. The company’s new manufacturing and office space started operating in 1981. They cover 6600 m2 in total. The business made its first front loader for the construction sector in 1987, followed by a telescopic loader in 1996.
Schaffer 1622/23e T
A new generation battery with a capacity of 31.3 kWh, which offers up to eight hours of operating time, powers the Schaffer 23e T, which can raise goods to a height of 3.72 m. Two electronic motors provide the machine’s power: one 21kW motor drives the wheels for quick acceleration to 20 km/h and good traction, and another 9.7kW motor drives an external hydraulic system for up to 42 L/min oil flow and fast work cycles.
The lithium-ion battery’s warranty is for five years or 5,000 hours, whichever comes first. With the integrated 3kW charger linked to a 230V/16A wall socket, charging the battery to 80% capacity takes roughly eight hours.
The 11 kW Wallbox will reduce charging time to a little over two hours, an 80% reduction. The 2.8-ton machine can tip 1.3 tons of material, and the loader can spin on a 1.15-m radius, owing to the articulation. The 23e T’s dimensions range from 1.41 to 1.59 meters in width and 2.19 or 2.14 meters in height, depending on whether a roof or cab is added to cover the driver.
Schäffer 3630
The apparatus weighs 2.3 tons and stands 2.23 meters tall. It can raise weights weighing roughly 1.7 tons to heights of 2.88 or even 3.11 meters (optional).
A 1.65 liter Kubota D1703-M-Di engine with 25 horsepower and a maximum torque of 100 Nm at 1500 rpm powers the 3630. The 3-cylinder engine’s ability to run at a relatively low speed guarantees high efficiency and minimal noise levels.
With a peak speed of up to 20 km/h, the Schäffer 3630 stays true to the electronically controlled Schäffer SPT hydrostatic transmission.
On the 3630, High Traction Force (HTF) is another standard feature. The system automates thrust control. When necessary, the second gear can be used to apply maximum thrust. As a result, downshifting is no longer necessary, ensuring a rise in productivity and efficiency across various technical processes.
Even for extended workdays, the new Schäffer 3630 operator station provides considerable room and comfort. It includes a movable steering column, an hour meter, and fuel and temperature gauges.
Hydraulics for operation: 37 l/min (42 l/min optional). Tire size standard: 10.0/75-15.3 AS. Moreover, it has a maintenance-free pendulum center pivot, low-wear parking and servicing brakes, LED lamps, and flashing beacons. The loader has a 1020 mm turning radius.
