Machines with a standard and extended boom are used to illustrate the range of XCMG wheel loaders. This equipment’s bucket volume ranges from 0.6 to 4.5 cubic meters.
The bucket fastened to the boom is the primary equipment used by XCMG wheel loaders. In place of a bucket, various variants can be fitted with hooks, side unloaders, forks, and other attachments.
Kawasaki technology is used in the production of XCMG wheel loaders. The configuration of the loading apparatus is Z-shaped. With this functional bucket drive system’s design, you may break and scoop up deep soils with the greatest breakout force produced by just one bucket hydraulic cylinder.
Under load, the hydromechanical gearbox allows for smooth gear changes. The XCMG front loader has a fixed front axle and a swinging rear axle with a swing angle of up to 35 degrees. The axles utilize strengthened strength components to transfer power to the driving wheels. Bridges feature disc service brakes that don’t need to be adjusted while they’re in use.
A diesel engine, torque converter, gearbox, front and rear drive axles, and articulated driveshafts are all standard on XCMG wheel loaders. Torque converters with three elements, one phase, and one stage, automatically change the power flow from the engine through the fluid coupling, thereby shielding the engine from overloads.
Models of XCMG wheel loaders are separated into the F, G, and K series.
The machinery has a stepless gearbox for transferring gears. An easy-to-use handle on the steering wheel is used to change the speed. A joint venture between XCMG and Meritor (USA) produces the Soma 12, 16, and 18 series drive axles, which are intended to withstand the additional stresses that might occur during loading and unloading operations.
The 4×4 wheel formula further improved front loaders’ mobility and cross-country capability.
Engines from Cummins, Steyr, CAT, or Yuchai are used in loaders.
XCMG front loaders are made for lifting, capturing, and carrying objects and earthmoving. The tools can be utilized in road building, public utility construction, mining, and construction.
