The model range of loaders supplied to the market consists of the three most popular models with a lifting capacity of 3 to 6 tons (with a standard bucket volume of 1.8 to 3.5 cubic meters). Equipment with a carrying capacity of 1.8 to 2.5 tons (standard bucket – from 1 to 1.5 cubic meters) is supplied by prior order. Euro-2 power units are used, if desired, delivery with a Euro-3 engine is possible.
Foton Lovol FL936F-II front loader
Foton Lovol FL936F-II 3 ton front loader is one of the most popular models. The high power factor of the power unit allows you to operate the machine even in difficult conditions.
The basic configuration provides for the installation of an in-line 6-cylinder Weichai WP6G125E22 engine (125 hp at 2,200 rpm) with a turbocharger and liquid cooling system, direct fuel injection. It is possible to install a Cummins 6BT5.9-C130 power unit. A 125-horsepower Weichai is paired with a torque converter and a Hangchi hydromechanical gearbox (two speeds forward, one back).
In the design of the model, bridges of our own production are used in conjunction with dry-type disc brakes. The front loader is energy efficient due to the use of a hydraulic system with combined flows from 2 pumps.
Foton LOVOL FL936H
Work equipment is controlled by levers or one 4-position hydraulic joystick. An additional hydraulic line is provided for the operation of additional equipment. Operator’s cab – in 2 versions: standard and ETX series with built-in ROPS protection. It is possible to install protection against falling objects. Both types of cabins are equipped with a heating and/or air conditioning system with a built-in air filter and noise insulation. There are radio, CD and MP3 players, places for a regular set of tools and a flashing beacon.
In the basic configuration, the model is equipped with a standard 1.8 cubic meter bucket. m. It is possible to use other types of additional working equipment: increased to 2 cubic meters. m or 2.5 cubic meters of coal ladles; bucket for rocks, with side discharge or quick-change (all – with a volume of 1.5 cubic meters).
The manufacturer suggests using 2 types of grabs on this machine: forest (log grab 1,633 mm wide) or grass (2,300 mm), snow plow, pallet forks.
Foton Lovol FL955F-II / FL956F-II
In the 5 ton loader class, Lovol offers two models: FL955F-II and FL956F-II. They are equipped with powerful power units Weichai WD10G220E23 (220 hp at 2,200 rpm) with turbocharging, direct fuel injection and liquid cooling. The in-line 4-stroke 6-cylinder engine is paired with a Hangchi hydromechanical gearbox, where gear shifting occurs under load. As an option, it is possible to install a ZF box. Bridges – Lovol with brakes of dry type. The FL956F-II can be fitted with a Cummins 6CTA8.3-C215 or Shangchai SC11CB220G2B1 engine.
In these models, standard cabs have 360-degree glazing. This has greatly improved visibility. The manufacturer used glass without bends, which guarantees the absence of image distortion. For operator safety, an ETX cab with built-in ROPS/FOPS protection is available.
The air conditioning and heating systems have also been improved. By the way, the manufacturer moved the evaporator of the air conditioning system outside. This significantly increased the space inside the cab.
In addition to the standard 3 cu. m, additional equipment is provided for the loader in the form of three additional buckets (two coal 3.8 and 4.2 cubic meters) and a rock bucket (2.7 cubic meters), as well as a fork, a forest grip 2,150 mm, a blade .
The working equipment is controlled by levers or a 4-position hydraulic joystick. At the request of the customer, an additional hydraulic line is installed for the operation of additional equipment.
Foton Lovol FL966F-II front loader
This loader model is equipped with a Weichai WD10G240E21 engine with a capacity of 238 hp at 2,200 rpm. In this case, the diesel engine is paired with a ZF hydromechanical gearbox, the number of forward / reverse gears is 4/3. For the heavier model, the manufacturer opted for Meritor bridges. It is also possible to install the Shangchai SC11CB240.1G2B1 engine.
As in previous models, the standard equipment includes a working lighting system, a set of tools, a flashing beacon, as well as an audio system in the operator’s cab.
In addition to the standard 3.5 cu. m, the Lovol FL966F-II front loader can be equipped with a 3 cubic meter bucket for working with rocks and a coal bucket, the volume of which is 4.2 cubic meters. From additional working equipment, forks and a forest grip are optionally available (2,240 mm and 2,387 mm, respectively).
At the choice of the client, you can install a quarry cab or a cab with a ROPS protection system.
