The firm, which has its headquarters in the Indian state of Maharashtra, sells counterbalance forklift trucks with capacities ranging from two to 25 tons. The firm manufactures not just forklifts but also specialized accessories that enable a wide variety of loading and unloading tasks.

Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., an Indian firm with headquarters in Mumbai, is involved in a wide range of industries. Investment items, such as high-tech machine equipment for the aerospace sector, electrical and electronic components, and much more, are also on sale from Indian companies. Warehouse equipment is manufactured and sold by a distinct business inside the company, which also produces and distributes diesel and electric forklifts, warehouse equipment, explosion-proof equipment, and a variety of accessories. Approximately 40 years ago, the Godrej group, which was formed in 1897, collaborated with Clark to build the company’s first forklift. The firm as a whole generates around EUR 551 million in revenue from its 11,345 employees, whereas the Warehouse Technology Division generates INR 2,220 million from its 887 workers (increasing 15.5% year-on-year) or EUR 35.21 million from EUR 33.15 million. The firm made 27 million euros in profit, up 42% from the previous year.
