Liebherr Excavator’s Manuals PDF
Liebherr has been producing hydraulic excavators since the 1950s.
Today, Liebherr produces 19 unique kinds of crawler excavators ranging in size from medium to heavy. In addition, different types of hydraulic, electric, and cable shovels are available for use in mines.
Crawler excavators manufactured by Liebherr range in size and power from 14 to 101 tons and 76 to 400 kilowatts. The volume of the bucket ranges from 0.17 to 6.5 cubic meters. In the mining industry, excavators range in size from 110 to 800 tons, with engines producing 504 to 2984 kW and bucket capacities of 6.8 to 42 cubic meters.
Liebherr is the manufacturer of all operating equipment used on the job site, including the front shovel bucket, backhoe bucket, demolition equipment, and material handling machinery.
Crawler excavators made by Liebherr may be used for a wide variety of tasks in the construction, demolition, recycling, and water treatment industries. In addition, there is a place for excavators like R 313 and R 317 in landscaping and gardening. Three types of excavators commonly seen in mines are the R 954 C, R 964 C, and R 974 C. The steel sector can also benefit from R 974 C. For further subterranean construction needs, there is the R 944 C Litronic crawler tunnel excavator.
The Liebherr R 9800 mining excavator has the highest breakout force and fastest loading cycles of the company’s mining excavators, making it perfect for use with 220, 290, and 360-ton dump trucks.
The Liebherr R 934 C Litronic is a crawler excavator that may be used for demolition thanks to its specialized attachments and construction. At the height of twenty meters, he is capable of wreaking havoc. This model’s tools consist of a 7.5 m long arrow, a 2.1 m long intermediate boom, and a 7.5 m long handle (5.2 m). Similarly demolishable are the R 944 C Litronic, R 954 C Litronic, and R 974 C Litronic. All Liebherr demolition excavators include a base machine, operating equipment, and tools that are designed to be as easy to assemble and dismantle as feasible. The turntable on each of these units may be turned through a full circle. Installing a long-duration cable (LDC) to manage equipment overhang is a good way to cut down on the problem. Liebherr series “C” crawler excavators also come standard with the “Tool-control” system, which allows for quick and simple switching between various hydraulic working tools.
