SANY excavator Manuals PDF
The SANY excavator is a piece of earthmoving equipment designed for quarrying, excavation, embankment, bulk material loading, and unloading. In road, industrial, urban, rural, transportation, and land reclamation construction, excavators can also be used for loading loosened rocks and performing other work operations.
The company’s engineers have developed a reinforced design for excavators, which significantly extends the equipment’s lifespan. In addition, SANY excavators are distinguished by their high efficiency, low fuel consumption, simple maintenance, safety, low vibration, and low noise levels.

The smallest excavator is powered by an Isuzu AH-6UZ1X engine that generates 257 kW (349.4 hp) at 2,000 revolutions per minute. The maximum speed of this machine is 5,3 km/h. Kawasaki makes the hydraulic pump and distributor, while Nabo makes the travel gear. The excavator bucket breakout force is 247 kN, and the arm cutting force is 218 kN. The platform is capable of rotating at 8.3 revolutions per minute.
The SANY SY415H comes standard with 600 mm wide shoes, a 6.5 m boom, and two options for the stick length: 2.9 or 2.6 m. The bucket is also offered in 1.9 or 2.2 cubic meters.
Notably, after assembly, the popular Chinese brand’s excavators are tested for more than 10,000 hours. The performance, pressure during the course, etc., of the major components and assemblies, are evaluated.
Sany SY500H

The 51-ton SANY SY500H has a 300 kW (360 horsepower) Isuzu 6WG1XKSC-01 engine (at 1,800 rpm). It is crucial to note that the filtration system is equipped with an additional pre-filter, and the pre-cleaning system switches on automatically when diesel enters the fuel tank. As a result, the average consumption of fuel is 35 l/h.
The hydraulic system and power plant are both made in Japan. Kawasaki manufactures the primary hydraulic pump and distributors. The maximum breakout force of the bucket is 307 kN, while the arm’s cutting force is 262 kN.
The SANY SY500H is equipped with a heavy crawler, which increases the machine’s stability. The surface pressure is 65 kPa. The width of shoes is 600, 800, or 900 millimeters. Two handle lengths (3 and 2.5 meters) and two arrows are available for the buyer’s selection (lengths 7 and 6.5 m). You can add a bucket with a 2.2, 2.5, or 3.1 cubic meters capacity on the excavator.
Sany SY750H

The SANY SY750H excavator is powered by an Isuzu 6WG1XKSC-01 engine with 512 horsepower. The highest forward speed of the machine is 4.5 km/h, and the maximum reverse speed is 2.9 km/h. As with earlier generations, the primary components and assemblies are built at the Japanese Kawasaki facility; only the travel gearbox is of the KYB brand. The arm cutting force on the 76-ton excavator is 351 kN, while the bucket breakout force is 402.
Customers can select from a variety of bucket capacities – 4.2, 4.6, and 5.4 cubic meters – and stick lengths – 3 and 2.6 meters (750 and 900 mm). The ground pressure of the excavator is 110 kPa, and its ground clearance is 880 mm.
