AUSA background information
In 1956, AUSA, a Spanish firm, was established. That year, three buddies set up a shop to make little vehicles that could drive themselves. While AUSA may have started as a conventional family business, the company has already earned widespread respect and acclaim worldwide. The success of the AUSA name is a direct result of the management team’s unyielding focus on the creation and dissemination of technological advances of every stripe.
Now, AUSA is recognized as producing and distributing little self-propelled devices. The latter may be used in various settings, from farms to city utilities.
Currently, the AUSA brand has representation in Europe (France, the United Kingdom, and Germany), Mexico, Brazil, and China. More than 80 nations worldwide stock the firm’s wares, including forklifts. The company’s goods are distributed over 500 intermediate entities across five continents.
AUSA forklift loaders are generally built to transport massive loads through rough terrain in open locations. They continue working through inclement weather like snow and rain. Since they are technically off-road forklift loaders, they are helpful in construction and other industrial settings since they can transport materials regardless of the road surface.
The AUSA forklift loaders rely heavily on a diesel engine as their primary source of traction power. These machines have almost noiseless operation and low fuel usage thanks to their Japanese Kubota engines. In the field of the hydrostatic transmission, Bosch-Rexroth leads the pack.
Also, AUSA forklifts have a unique drive system, either 4WDCompen® or 2WD / 4WDFullGrip®. This was created by AUSA and is protected by a patent exclusively for the company. Thus, AUSA off-road loaders may feature either one or two drive axles, depending on the type.
On the other hand, a single joystick is used for both load adjustment and attachment control.
Five models make up the AUSA forklift truck lineup: the S 11 M, the With 150 H/HI, the C 200-250 H/HI, the C 300-350 H/HI, and the From 400-500H/HI.
The models’ markings make clear that they can transport up to 5 metric tons.

The ultra-small C 11 M kicks off the collection. It’s one of the most inexpensive options out there. The mass is 1,300 kg. The operating range of this forklift loader is between 2.66 and 3.30 meters. Also, the machine’s base is less likely to bend or corrode thanks to a specific mechanism included in its construction.
Loaders from AUSA, beginning with the C 150 H/HI series and ending with the C 400-500 H/HI, are all essentially the same but for their carrying capacities. The manufacturer’s recommended versions for operating in both off-road and confined spaces are the C 300-350 H / HI and C 400-500 H / HI.
