Menzi Muck Excavators
Menzi Muck Group is a Swiss manufacturer of construction equipment founded in 1966. The company headquarters is located in Widnau, Switzerland.
Menzi Muck walking mini excavators debuted in 1997. Over time, they have become sophisticated professional equipment that can be used in industrial, civil, railway, hydraulic engineering, and forestry industries.
The Menzi Muck mini excavator is specially designed for the steep alpine terrain in Europe. Despite how it looks, this machine is quite easy to operate as the driver only has two joysticks and foot pedals to operate the excavator.
It is often used to remove debris from swamps, clean up after mudflows, repair washed-out roads, clear fallen timber on steep slopes, and move cypress pines on fences.
The special characteristics of walking excavators are based on a sophisticated high-tech chassis and a patented boom: various hydraulic cylinders allow the station wagon to adapt wheels and support to any terrain.
The fixed sloped edges of Menzi Muck crawler excavators can be adjusted to suit the task at hand thanks to the adjustable wheel and claw supports. As a result, it generates lifting and breakout forces that exceed those of conventional excavators. The 9.5-ton Menzi Muck produces the same power as a 20-ton crawler excavator.
