EP Equipment has a long and storied history, having assembled its first forklift in 1993, producing spare parts in 1996, and manufacturing its first electric forklift in 1999. In 1999, the company hit a pivotal juncture when it realized that electrical product design and manufacturing would be a key area of focus.

Warehouse equipment from the company first appeared in the United States in 2002, then the European Union in 2011, and finally Southeast Asia in 2015. Awarded the iF Design Prize.

EP Equipment is currently a Hangzhou-based international holding company. As of the year 2022, the company will have employed over a thousand people and occupied a total area of over two hundred and fifty thousand square meters. km, including six plants in China and one in the United States. More than 100,000 pieces of machinery are sold each year, and the company has its own in-house design and development team.

EP Equipment is one of the top three Chinese companies that make lifting equipment and equipment. They are the market leaders in the manufacturing of self-propelled warehouse equipment. Other than the domestic market, the United States and Europe account for the vast majority of exports. Buyers may be interested in EP Equipment because some models are built to withstand extreme weather conditions. In particular, forklifts powered by internal combustion engines have two fuel filters connected in series.

EP Equipment’s primary clientele includes such global powerhouses as The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, DHL, Amazon.com, and many more.

Warehouse equipment includes forklifts powered by diesel, gasoline, natural gas, or gas-gasoline engines, with capacities ranging from 1000 to 10000 kilograms to 48 tons for specialized applications, electric loaders, manual hydraulic carts, electric storage carts, order pickers, stackers, reach trucks, and tractors.

Airfield tractors, tires, telematics systems, and a variety of specialized equipment for port and rail hubs are all products of this corporation. Spare parts manufacturing for industries such as automobiles and healthcare devices has flourished in recent years.

LOADERS WITH ICE:

Optimal (1500-10000 kg), Premium (4000-10000 kg), Heavy (12000-48000 kg), and Economy (2000-3500 kg) series EP CPCD diesel loaders. A variety of engine manufacturers, including Xinchai, Mitsubishi, ISUZU, and CUMMINS, are utilized.

Gasoline tankers of the EP CPQD kind that are adaptable to Lovato gas systems (Italy). Optimal (1500-3500 kg) and Premium (4000-5000 kg) series, respectively. Nissan and GM gasoline engines power EP Equipment forklifts.

ELECTRIC LOADERS:

EP CPD three-wheel electric forklifts, available in the Economy, Optimal, and Premium series, may be powered by either a lithium-ion or lead-acid battery and can lift anywhere from 1,300 to 2,000 pounds.

Electric forklifts from the EP EFL Economy series, with a lithium-ion battery with a lifting capability of 1500-3500 kg, and four wheels.

Both the Premium (1500-6000 kg) and Economy (2000-5000 kg) models of EP CPD electric forklift trucks use lithium-ion batteries.

Reach trucks and stackers:

Stackers for lithium-ion and gel batteries, with and without a platform for the operator, and with and without extensible forks. Capable of raising loads between 1,000 and 2,000 kilograms in weight to altitudes of up to five and a half meters.

Lithium-ion and lead-acid battery-operated EP CQD reach trucks with a maximum lift height of 12 meters.

EQUIPMENT FOR SMALL STORAGE AREAS:

Electric forklifts that can lift between 1,200 and 2,500 pounds thanks to their lithium-ion batteries and the fact that they are self-propelled.

Carts that push themselves and have manual hoists (1500–1800 kg).

EP EPT pallet movers powered by lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries (weighing between 2,000 and 3,500 pounds).

A lithium-ion battery powers the EP KPL (2000 kg) pallet movers, which also has a platform for the driver.

Lithium-ion powered order pickers from the EP JX0 and EP JX1 series, with payload capacities of 336 and 500 kg, respectively.

Ep EPT low-level order selector for lead-acid batteries (2000 kg).

Battery types include lithium-ion, gel, and lead-acid all power the EP QDD and EPT forklifts in the warehouse.

Forklifts powered by CUMMINS and YANMAR diesel engines are available as part of EP Equipment’s EP CPCD diesel front and all wheel drive off road forklifts range. EP CPCD Heavy loaders, as well as container loaders, are examples of machinery used at ports and railway hubs (reachstackers).

THE TECHNICAL BENEFITS OF LITHIUM-ION BATTERIES

However, lead-acid batteries can only be cycled up to 1000 times, while lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries can go up to 3000. If you have a lead-acid battery, you’ll need a dedicated charging space and at least 8-12 hours to fully recharge it. The Li-ion battery doesn’t necessitate any extra room, and it’s rechargeable, say, during lunch.

There is a significant reduction in weight, increased capacity, and increased efficiency with the use of lithium-ion batteries. The Li-ion battery is safer and less toxic than other options.

Electrical equipment with lithium-ion batteries will be more cost-effective in the long run than those with lead-acid batteries, despite the fact that lead-acid batteries are less expensive in the short run.

EP Equipment is aware of this, and they have made this a top priority.
