Kenworth T270/T370 Trucks
Kenworth T270/370 series delivery trucks, chassis, and truck tractors have a gross vehicle weight between 12 and 24.5 tons. There are 270 class 6 cars and 370 class 7 vehicles. There are two standard configurations, with the wheels set at 42 and 64. Maximum weight distribution is as follows: 4.5 tons on the front axle, 7–12 tons on the rear axle, and 18–20 tons on the bogie.
Tractor trucks can tow road trains with a gross weight of up to 33 tons. The vehicles are powered by PACCAR turbodiesel engines with six cylinders in line, with outputs ranging from 200 to 325 horsepower for the 6.7-liter PX-6 and 240 to 330 horsepower for the 8.3-liter PX-8.
